طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك — أنت أو وليّ أمر الطالب — أن تطلب حذف الحساب وكل البيانات المرتبطة به. لا تحتاج إلى تثبيت التطبيق ولا إلى تسجيل الدخول.

ما الذي يُحذف

عند تنفيذ الطلب يُحذف حسابك وكل ما يخصّك:

  • بيانات الحساب — الاسم، الرقم التعريفي، الهاتف، الواتساب، العنوان، وبيانات الدخول.
  • سجلّ التحفيظ — ما سُمِّع من سور وآيات، والتقديرات، وملاحظات المعلم، والخطة القادمة.
  • الحضور والغياب وجلسات الحلقة.
  • السرد القرآني — الجلسات وأخطاؤها ونتائجها.
  • النقاط والشارات والرصيد ومشتريات سوق النقاط.
  • بيانات الإشعارات — رمز جهازك وتفضيلاتك وسجلّ ما أُرسل إليك.

ويُحذف معها ما هو محفوظ على جهازك بمجرّد إزالة التطبيق أو تسجيل الخروج منه.

ما الذي يبقى ولماذا

يبقى في سجلّ العمليات أثرٌ يقول إن حذفاً جرى، ومن نفّذه، ومتى — بلا اسمك وبلا بياناتك. سجلُّ مساءلةٍ يمكن محوه ليس سجلَّ مساءلة، وهو ما يحمي الطلاب أنفسهم من تغييرٍ لا يُعرف مصدره.

وإن كان المركز ملزَماً بحفظ شيء لسببٍ قانوني أو محاسبي، نخبرك به صراحةً في ردّنا على طلبك، ولا نحتفظ بغيره.

كيف تُقدّم الطلب

  • املأ النموذج أدناه — نحتاج اسمك ووسيلة تواصل نتأكّد بها من هويتك.
  • نتحقّق من الطلب. الحسابات في هذا النظام تُنشئها إدارة المركز، فنتأكّد أنك صاحب الحساب أو وليّ أمر الطالب قبل الحذف — وإلا لصار بإمكان أي شخص حذف بيانات غيره.
  • ننفّذ ونبلغك خلال ثلاثين يوماً على الأكثر، وغالباً أسرع.

الحذف نهائي ولا تراجع فيه. يذهب معه سجلّ تحفيظ الطالب كاملاً — وهو ما يُبنى عليه إثبات الحفظ والشهادات. إن كنت تريد إيقاف الإشعارات فقط، أو تصحيح بيانات خاطئة، فقُل ذلك في النموذج ولا داعي للحذف.

Account & Data Deletion (English)

You — or a student’s guardian — can request deletion of the account and all associated data from the Eqraa app and from Eqraa Educational Center’s systems. No app install and no sign-in is required.

What is deleted

  • Account data: name, internal student number, phone, WhatsApp, address, and sign-in credentials.
  • Learning records: recitations, grades, teacher notes, next plan.
  • Attendance and class sessions.
  • Qur’an recital sessions, their errors and results.
  • Points, badges, balance and points-shop purchases.
  • Notification data: push token, preferences, and the delivery log.

Data held on your own device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

What is retained

The accountability log keeps a record that a deletion occurred, by whom and when — without your name or your data. An audit log that can be erased is not an audit log, and it is what protects students from an unexplained change to their records. If any item must be kept for a legal or accounting obligation, we say so explicitly in our reply and keep nothing else.

How to request it

Fill in the form above (Arabic), or email info@eqraa-center.com with your name and a phone number or email we can reach you on. Accounts in this system are created by the centre’s administration, so we verify that you are the account holder or the student’s guardian before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could erase someone else’s records. We complete the request and confirm it within 30 days at the latest, usually sooner.

This is permanent

Deletion cannot be undone, and it takes the student’s entire memorisation history with it — the record certificates are issued from. If you only want notifications to stop, or a mistake in your data corrected, say so instead; deletion is not necessary for either.
